About the program

The two-semester EMSF program is designed for those interested in exploring post-secondary options in emergency services or preparing for a specific emergency services or health science diploma. Students will learn communications, mathematics, science, addictions and mental health, ethics, and other relevant topics to prepare them for a certificate or diploma program in a related field. Please note that admission to other programs is not guaranteed.

I enjoy the small, more intimate class sizes. I personally think it allows for a better learning experience and a more thorough delivery of the content we are learning. With a smaller class size, we are able to have frequent discussions and a space to feel comfortable asking questions.
