All post-secondary students must complete the following forms upon starting classes each year. If you were unable to complete and submit the following forms in person at orientation, please complete and email forms to admissions@7generations.org.

5. Photograph/image consent form

Please note that SGEI requires that each SGEI student have a student ID photo. If you were unable to attend your student orientation and have your student photo taken, you will be required to submit your own photo.

If you are a Canadore College or Durham College student, you are also required to upload a student ID photo to your affiliate college. See below for instructions.
