Book a space
Meeting rooms
We have a number of meeting rooms available to suit your specific needs.
- Capacity: up to 14 people
- Price: $200-$275 (without catering)
Event centre
For larger events, we offer our Event Centre, a 5000 square-foot auditorium with optional retractable fold-down spectator seating, a stage, and large projector screen.
- Capacity: up to 370 people, seated. See below for details.
- Price: $375-$450 (without catering)
- Layout options: see below for examples
- Auditorium – seats 220 in bleachers and 370 in bleachers and chairs
- Banquet, circular – seats 240 (30 tables x 8 per table)
- Banquet, rectangular – seats 280 (35 tables x 8 per table)
- Hollow square or classroom – customizable to accommodate your seating needs
Equipment
Each of our space rentals include access to up-to-date presentation equipment to support your corporate or community function including:
- High-speed wireless internet
- Whiteboards
- LCD/data projectors
- Smart boards
- Fixed and wireless microphones
- Audio speakers
- Conference speakerphone
