SafeStart New Driver Training Program (Rainy Lake Campus)

The SafeStart New Driver Training program teaches new G1 licenced drivers using a blend of interactive classroom learning and one-on-one in-vehicle training. Graduates are eligible to take their G2 road test eight months after receiving their G1 learner’s permit instead of 12.
- Eligibility: Open to everyone age 16 and up. Participants must have their G1 learner’s permit.
- Program Dates: October 25-26 and November 1-2, 2025
- Schedule: 9 am to 2:30 pm
