This microcredential program will help prepare participants for entry-level opportunities while learning multiple roles, such as dock hand, cooks helper, housekeeping, and serving in remote locations. This training will also develop the skills required for traditional hospitality and food and beverage services positions.
Dates: November 10 to December 19, 2025
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Location: Rainy Lake Campus
Cost: Free for eligible participants, plus training allowance.
Eligibility: Indigenous youth aged 18-30 living on reserve and receiving income assistance.
