Heavy Equipment Operator Training
This training will be held at Quetico Lodge and Conference Centre.
Students in this six-week training will learn WHMIS, health and safety, standard First Aid and CPR, Working at Heights, machine orientations, and operational instructions. Successful program graduates will be certified as Heavy Equipment Operators for Front-End Loaders, Excavators, Dozers, and Rock Trucks.
Coverage
Eligible participants will receive funding for tuition, PPE, travel from Fort Frances to Quetico on Sundays and back on Fridays, accommodations and meals, training allowances, a completion bonus and an eight-week quality employment opportunity after the program ends.
