About the program

Stress can play a significant factor in people’s professional lives. Learning how to deal with stress is vital to long-term health. While stress alone doesn’t cause disease, it triggers molecular changes throughout the body that make people more susceptible to many illnesses. In this course, students will gain an understanding of the importance of how to deal with both positive and negative stress in their lives. By using wellness perspectives, each student will gain more insight into how they can control both internal and external stressors.

Admission

Must be 18 years of age or older

#MYSGEI

I appreciated that the courses were offered online, when I could make them work with my schedule. It was very straightforward to enroll and if I did have a question, it was answered quite quickly.
