This course can be taken individually or as part of the ECE Leadership Certificate. If you’re interested in pursuing the ECE Leadership Certificate, inquire with our coordinator.
Students in the Human Relations course will improve their understanding of people. Students in this course will discuss motivation, handling conflict, delegation, building morale and more. Studying these topics will give students practical insights into handling people more effectively and improve their overall performance.
