Culinary Line Cook Training (Sioux Lookout Campus)

This five-week preparatory program is designed to enhance and increase the success of each participant with a goal to gain employment in the culinary field. Participants will obtain essential certifications (WHMIS, Safe Food Handling, Smart Serve) and work through various modules to build professional kitchen skills in food safety, kitchen operations, culinary basics and dish preparation and plating.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am to 4pm
- Cost: $4,100 – Funding for tuition and PPE is available for eligible participants.
