All Nation Nurses Entry Program (ANNEP)

Program Overview:

The All Nation Nurses Entry Program (ANNEP) is a nine-month access program designed to equip students with the necessary skills required for entry into Lakehead University’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree program.

Pursue your dreams in becoming a qualified registered nurse with ANNEP at Seven Generations Education Institute’s Kenora, Fort Frances, Sioux Lookout and Dryden campuses beginning Fall 2019. Program requirements are available through our Adult Education partnerships at all sites.
Prepare yourself academically for the anticipated BScN program to be delivered in 2020 by SGEI in partnership with Lakehead University.

Admission Requirements:

Students interested in ANNEP must have their OSSD and have successfully completed the  following:

  • Grade 10 U/C Science
  • Grade 11 U or 12 U/C Chemistry
  • Grade 11 U/C English
  • Grade 11 U/C or 12 U/C Biology (preferred)

Program Features:

The nine-month preparation program includes:

  • A professional nursing orientation
  • A field placement in your own community or Aboriginal health-care setting
  • Essential research and study skills


ANNEP will be delivered using immersive telepresence classrooms and in-house instruction.
Immersive telepresence classrooms provide high-quality classroom delivery over video. The classrooms’ HD video, audio and content- sharing capabilities enable instructors, staff and students to interact between two or more locations more naturally and effectively than traditional video conferencing.
