Sewing Club (Sewing 101 with Lanyards) – Students and Staff only

Please note that this workshop is open to SGEI students and staff only.

Join us Wednesdays at the Fort Frances campus Makerspace for a relaxing sewing session. Sewers are welcome to work on independent sewing projects, or follow along with the week’s sewing workshop (materials and equipment provided). 

• This week’s sewing club is a sewing 101 class, and we’ll be making lanyards! Learn to sew with a sewing machine! We’ll be using a Janome 2030 QDC machine to sew lanyards and key holders. 

This workshop is open to SGEI students and staff only. No registration is required, just drop in! Please note that spots and supplies are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.
