Culinary Foundations Training

This program is designed to enhance and increase the success of each participant with a goal to gain employment in the culinary field. Participants will work through various modules to prepare meals and dishes. Once completed, the participant will have the required skills and certifications to gain meaningful employment.

Program details:

• Campus: Fort Frances and Kenora
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
• Delivery: In-person
• Program cost: Please contact. Funding for tuition may be available for those that qualify.
• Career options: Train to work in commercial and restaurant kitchens as a line cook.
• Eligibility: Open to all Canadian citizens legally entitled to work in Ontario
