About the program
Prepare for frontline practice as a mental health professional in social and health agencies in this highly collaborative and experiential program. Specific topics include interviewing and counselling, crisis intervention, and recovery strategies. Main program themes include trauma-informed practice and concurrent disorders. In-class training is followed by a 378-hour community placement.
